Always take this medicine exactly as the doctor or health care provider has told the patient. Venous insufficiency: 1 tablet daily, at mealtime. Hemorrhoidal attack: The recommended dose is 3 tablets per day for 4 days and then 2 tablets per day for the next 3 days, at mealtimes.
