Docetaxel (*as trihydrate) 40mg/mL (80mg/2ml) concentrated Sol for IV
Advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women w/ disease progression following antiestrogen therapy.
Premedication regimen: Dexamethasone 16 mg/day for 5 days starting 1 day prior to docetaxel administration. Breast cancer 60-100 mg/m2 IV over 1 hr every 3 wk or as prescribed by a physician.
