Treatment of advanced ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, head & neck & genitourinary cancer, particularly in testicular, bladder & cervical cancers. Pediatric brain tumor (meduloblastoma).
Dosage
400 mg/m2 BSA as IV infusion over 15 min to 1 hr. Not to be given more frequently than every 4 wk & should be reduced in patients at risk of myelosuppression. Low doses should be given as part of combination regimens.
