Monotherapy & adjunctive treatment of partial seizures & primarily & secondarily generalized tonic-clonic seizures; seizures associated w/ Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
“Adults: Initial Dose: Monotherapy: 25 mg once daily for 2 weeks followed by 50 mg once daily for 2 weeks; thereafter the dose is increased by maximum of 50-100 mg every 1-2 weeks. Maintenance Dose: 100-200 mg daily. Bipolar Disorder: 100-200 mg daily.”
