Adult 100 mg IV 1-3 wkly. Total dose: 1,000 mg in 10 doses. Repeat if needed not >3x wkly. Repletion treatment of Fe deficiency in hemodialysis patients 100 mg by slow IV inj over 5 min or IV infusion over at least 15 min. Min cumulative dose: 1,000 mg over 10 consecutive dialysis sessions.
