It is used to treat adults who have major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia, and in relief of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain.
Major depressive disorder 30-60 mg daily. Can be increased by 30 mg/day. Max: 120 mg/day. Generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia, diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain 30 mg cap once daily for 1 wk then 60 mg once daily. Can be increased by 30 mg/day. Max: 120 mg/day.
